Every draw excludes all registered Personal and Group Unit names, pending Group Unit names, and names under active reservation.

Legal name, birth date, country of residence, and verified email remain private. They help protect the registry against duplicate or misleading registrations.
The eight-character identifier follows the format FP-7AS5-8T9S. It contains no rank, date, region, sequence, or claim of precedence.
