Belief in God and prayer are welcome and entirely voluntary ways of living Fidence Path. Theistic language, prayer, and religious symbolism may strengthen the path for those who engage with them, while none is a condition of belonging. People who believe, people who do not believe, and people who remain uncertain can honestly share the same ethical direction.

Yes. No unit may require a particular theological proposition as a condition of Fidence Path belonging. You may preserve religious or nonreligious affiliations that do not require you to reject its membership-defining principles.

It begins with three commitments: that the happiness of every being has equal intrinsic value; that you are willing to direct your life toward that happiness; and that you seek to do so as effectively as possible—not merely with good intentions.

A Fidence Path name is a symbolic declaration that you are part of the path and stand for what it represents. It gives your Personal Unit a recognizable identity through which you can connect, participate, and be known across the network.

Belonging begins with sincerely sharing the defining principles, not with permission from an institution. Registration makes that belonging explicit and recognizable. Fidence Path is decentralized: no authority issues a license deciding whether your inner commitment is sincere.

Yes. From My Personal Unit, you can change your name at any time while preserving your Personal Unit, registry continuity, and group associations. Your previous name then becomes available to others. You can also leave the registry and delete your Personal Unit data; this removes its group memberships and closes any Group Units you created.

Yes. Every individual can be a genuine Fidence Path unit. You may follow the path by yourself, remain unaffiliated, establish an open pioneer presence, or join a Group Unit.

Visible units can be found through the public directory. If none exists near you, you can register a Group Unit, invite people through personal relationships, email, social media, or other means, and optionally publish a contact method or the place and time of recurring meetings.

Meetings may include a message, music or another form of internalization, practical reflection, and social time. Their form can differ because each unit manages itself, but meetings exist to strengthen people’s understanding, transformation, connection, and effective action—not to control their inner lives.

Yes. A public meeting may be attended without joining the unit or making a declaration of belonging. Hosts should make expectations clear and must respect a visitor’s freedom to leave.

Following Fidence Path and creating a Personal Unit name do not require a membership fee. A local unit may voluntarily share legitimate activity costs, but costs must be disclosed clearly and may not be designed to make belonging or departure coercive.

The unit creator initially coordinates it and establishes its first constitution. The unit may later choose another management arrangement. Leadership is a practical function within that voluntary association; it does not grant authority over a person’s conscience, identity, peaceful exit, or status as a Personal Unit.

You leave or move. Nothing within Fidence Path should hold you somewhere against your will. Legitimate obligations already created may remain, but they cannot be designed retroactively or used to make departure impracticable.

The foundational protection is the individual’s practical right to leave or change units, combined with the absence of authority above individuals and units. Exit alone is not enough for children, vulnerable participants, deception, or immediate harm, so reporting, registry-warning, and protective procedures are still part of the operational trust layer being developed.

During the formative period, the maintainer publishes the official formulations and keeps the canonical documents coherent. That role identifies what the official project currently states; it does not make the maintainer infallible or turn an unsupported claim into truth.

The membership-defining core is already sufficiently established to define the path. Its formulations can still be clarified and some unresolved areas can be extended during this temporary formative period. Changes should be transparent, versioned, and unable to silently reverse the direction people agreed to follow.

Absolutely not. The maintainer’s claims remain open to evidence, criticism, correction, and moral examination. No founder, leader, institution, text, or AI is unquestionable.

No. Impartiality means recognizing everyone’s happiness as having the same intrinsic value and acting from that recognition. Different relationships create different knowledge, capacity, promises, and practical responsibilities. It concerns ultimate value—not distributing every moment or resource identically.

No. Wholition is complete direction, not perfect conduct. A person can remain wholly directed toward impartial good while still failing, learning, correcting course, resting, maintaining relationships, working, and living an ordinary human life.

The terms preserve distinctions that familiar words often blur. You do not need to use them when ordinary language communicates accurately. Learn the distinction first; carry the word only when it helps clarity and precision.

Fidence Path combines impartial ethical direction with continuing inner transformation, practical effectiveness, symbolic internalization, celebration, voluntary community, and strict protection of the individual against collective absorption. Many ethical projects do not build a shared way of life around their principles; conventional religions often do, but commonly require particular metaphysical beliefs. A telway joins these functions without requiring one metaphysical engagement mode from everyone.

The ethical principles extend wherever happiness, suffering, and pleasure can exist. Fidence Path currently concentrates detailed institutional guidance on human relationships because animals, limited agency, artificial minds, and future beings raise realities that cannot yet be fully foreseen. Participants should apply equal consideration carefully and improve its application as knowledge grows.

If a unit rejects the membership-defining principles, it ceases to be recognized as a Fidence Path unit. If disagreement concerns a secondary, unresolved, or gray question, participants should determine whether it can be resolved, safely left open, or accommodated through different units pursuing the same direction in different ways.

Its institutional structure is close to libertarianism because it emphasizes voluntary association, decentralization, individual exit, and strict limits on coercive authority. However, its ethical conclusions are not determined by a political label.

Efficient justice is ultimately concerned with preventing harm by redirecting incentives and reducing recurrence—not with inflicting suffering as an end in itself. Repentance requires sincere reorientation and correction of continuing consequences where possible. Protection may require intervention, but coercive harm should never exceed what protection actually requires.

No person owns Fidence Path as an ethical path or decentralized network, and anyone may voluntarily support its development. Particular domains, registries, funds, and infrastructure still require identifiable legal custodians. Those operational ownership and financial disclosures must be presented separately and transparently as the legal structure develops.

Only information you knowingly choose to publish should become public. Account email, country, age range, group-membership contact details, preferred contact times, and meeting availability remain private. Contact and availability supplied when joining a group are available only to that group’s current manager. Public unit names, group locations, meeting information, contact links, and group constitutions appear only when their public visibility is explicitly enabled.

At present, Fidence Path is being developed by its founder, who is creating its philosophy, texts, music, website, and infrastructure while working and caring for two children. It is not presenting an existing mass movement or established community. It is inviting the first people who recognize themselves in its direction to become its beginning.

Fidence Path does not guarantee comfort or claim that every stage will be easy. It proposes that happiness becomes more stable and worthy of a fully aware life when it no longer depends on diminished awareness, restricted agency, or disregard for others. The discovery experience presents the reasons for that proposal; each person must examine and judge them sincerely.

You may continue by yourself, find or form a voluntary unit, attend a meeting without commitment, or collaborate on the practical and expressive work of the path.
