1. What these terms cover
These terms govern use of the Fidence Path website, name registry, accounts, Personal Units, Group Units, invitations, directories, reporting tools, and other infrastructure operated through fidencepath.org.
2. Nature of Fidence Path
Fidence Path is a decentralized ethical path and developing network. The website operator maintains this particular publication and infrastructure but does not own the ethical direction, certify moral worth, guarantee philosophical agreement, or acquire authority over a person merely because they register.
3. Accounts and Personal Units
You must provide accurate minimal account information, protect access to your email or authentication provider, and avoid creating deceptive, duplicate, automated, or impersonating identities. A Fidence Path name is symbolic and registry-based; it is not a government identity, professional credential, license, or guarantee of conduct.
4. Group Units
Group Units are independently managed voluntary associations. Their managers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful activities, safe meetings, participant contact, guardian safeguards, and their own constitutions. A public listing is not an endorsement by the operator. Members may leave freely. Groups may not make departure impracticable, claim authority beyond disclosed voluntary arrangements, or retain former members’ private contact data without a lawful reason.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service for threats, violence, harassment, stalking, discrimination, sexual exploitation, grooming, coercive control, fraud, impersonation, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, spam, malware, interference with the registry, evasion of safeguards, or activities that place minors or vulnerable people at unreasonable risk. You may not publish another person’s private information without authorization.
6. Content and constitutions
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant the operator a limited permission to store, reproduce, and display it only as needed to provide the chosen service. Public constitutions and listings may be copied or linked as public information, but the operator does not adopt them as canonical Fidence Path material.
7. Safety, moderation, and listings
The operator may request corrections, limit contact tools, place a listing under review, remove public visibility, suspend access, preserve evidence, or close infrastructure access when reasonably necessary for safety, legality, privacy, integrity, or enforcement of these terms. Urgent preventive action may occur before the affected person or group is heard; a later opportunity to respond will be offered when safe and practicable.
8. No guarantee
The service is developing and may change, fail, or contain errors. Fidence Path does not guarantee happiness, philosophical correctness, group safety, availability, community growth, compatibility, or any specific personal result. Nothing on the site replaces medical, legal, psychological, financial, emergency, or safeguarding professionals.
9. Ending use
You may leave a group, disable public visibility, or delete your Personal Unit through the available controls. The operator may restrict the infrastructure for violations while preserving a person’s freedom to hold or express the philosophy independently of this website.
10. Law and contact
Brazilian law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer, child-protection, privacy, and procedural rights remain unaffected. Questions or notices may be sent to fidencepath@gmail.com.
