A group unit is a recurring voluntary community with a stable group of participants and stable organizational management.
The distinction it protects
A group connects personal units without owning them.
Each person retains the right to leave, move, and remain a personal unit. A group manages its shared activity and constitution but cannot control former members or turn participation into institutional subordination.
