Definition

Personal unit

A personal unit is every participating individual recognized as a genuine unit in their own right, whether or not they join any group.

The distinction it protects

The network begins with people, not organizations above them.

A person does not become an incomplete fragment while alone or a subordinate possession after joining a group. Group participation adds voluntary connection without replacing personal standing.

In the path

Begin individually and connect voluntarily.

A personal unit may continue alone, join a group, leave it, move between groups, collaborate, or begin a new unit.
