Definition

Pioneer unit

A pioneer unit is a formation-stage unit that maintains a discoverable and regular open point of encounter where no active Fidence Path group exists for its place or public.

The distinction it protects

Beginning alone is different from remaining closed.

A pioneer unit may begin with one person or a very small formation. What distinguishes it is an intentional, recurring openness through which others can find and join the beginning.

In the path

Create a stable point from which connection can grow.

The unit can publish an appropriate contact path or recurring gathering and mature into a group unit as stable participation and management develop.
